Refunds
No Refunds will be given for custom orders once order is place.
If the order isn’t a custom order and you decide you don’t want the product we will refund the cost of the product, but you will need to return the tumbler before we process a return minus 5% restocking fee.
If you are shipping back you will need to pay for shipping costs.
Defective Products
If you product is defective please let us know immediately, as we will replace the the product at no charge.
